/ that single parenting for a week isn't for me. I don't mind it usually, but when you mix in sick kids, it wipes you out. So hard. I haven't slept for more than a couple hours in almost a week and I am running on lots of coffee. My wallet hurts from how much coffee I have bought this week.
/ that while watching the Bachelor on Monday night, I was secretly hoping Corrine would stay because I love the drama. I hate the way Nick talks and he isn't as good of a Bachelor as I thought he was going to be. But I still watch it nonetheless and I LOVE the drama. And you can't kick off Corrine if you want drama.
/ that I hope my husband "surprises" me with something awesome from his trip. Something to make this week feel a bit better.
/ that I am missing the gym and my daily walks are just not doing it for me work out wise. Please oh please, let me be able to do something more than walk next week!
/ that I was super bummed my dad's friend didn't get me my beloved scotch when he was in Washington (the state). It is the only place that sells it in the US and it is the one I toured while in Scotland. But he did make up for it when he brought back crab. I can't wait to cook and eat some crab!!!
/ that I only downloaded Snapchat for the filters to use when I take selfies with my girls or to watch other people's stories. I just don't get the hype of it.
/ that there is so much negativity on FB, IG, Twitter and Snapchat lately that I have felt like taking a break from all social media, but then I love seeing photos of my friends and their daily lives. I just want to get rid of the negativity surrounding all the events going on in life. I get it. It is awful, but it is making me question some of my friendships when I see how radical people can be. For now I just shake my head and quickly move on.
/ that I hope the groundhog does NOT see his shadow. I am over all this snow and want some sunshine and Spring. We have had record amounts of snow and are at 177% of our average snowfall. Let's call it good and only have some snow in the mountains.
